SOLSETS Booking Policy

At SOLSETS, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Many of our treatments require dedicated therapists, treatment rooms, equipment, and preparation time. To ensure fairness to all clients and to support the sustainability of our business, we kindly ask that you respect the following booking policies.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

Any appointment rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the total appointment value.

Please note that rescheduling an appointment at short notice has the same impact on our business as a cancellation, as we are often unable to refill the appointment time, particularly for longer treatments, advanced services, and couples bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the total appointment value.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the total appointment value.

Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or late reschedules may result in future bookings requiring full prepayment.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays can occasionally happen. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment within the remaining allocated time. However, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting other clients' appointments.

Clients arriving 20 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show and the applicable fee may apply.

Deposits

Deposits are required for selected services and bookings. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your treatment on the day of your appointment.

If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed outside of our policy terms, the deposit may be retained and applied toward any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

Important Notice

Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show fees apply regardless of the reason for the change, including illness, work commitments, transportation issues, family commitments, personal circumstances, or unforeseen events.

When you make a booking, a therapist, treatment room, equipment, and appointment time are reserved exclusively for you. As we are often unable to refill appointments at short notice, particularly for longer treatments and couples bookings, the applicable fee will still apply.
